Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Talent Score platform ('Platform') operated by Bilustek, LLC. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.


Definitions

  • Platform: Talent Score, web application and related services.
  • User: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • Credit: A digital usage unit purchased or granted to perform an operation within the Platform (e.g., processing a document).
  • Operation: Refers to any action performed by the user, including uploading a document, analyzing a resume, generating or refactoring an existing resume. Standard operations consume 1 Credit. Certain advanced features (such as "improve resume" or other premium tools) may require more than 1 Credit. In such cases, the required credit amount is clearly displayed before the operation is executed, and the action is performed only after the user confirms the credit consumption.
  • Package: A bundle of Credits purchased by a User (Starter, Pro, or Business).
  • Free Credits: The 2 complimentary Credits automatically granted upon the User’s first sign-in (Currently with Google Sign-In).
  • Expiry Date: Six (6) months after the Credit purchase date, after which unused Credits are permanently deleted.
  • Refund Policy: The rules governing the eligibility, calculation, and execution of refunds for purchased Credits.
  • Company / Operator: Bilustek, LLC, the legal entity operating the Platform.

Eligibility

Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid sign-in provider account (such as Google) for authentication. Corporate use is also permitted under individual or enterprise-level credit packages.


Registration and Account

Users sign in exclusively via sign-in provider (such as Google Sign-In). During this process, the following data are collected:

  • Full Name (used to store user data locally)
  • Email Address (used to store user data locally)
  • Profile Picture (not stored)

This data is used solely for authentication and transactional notifications. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. We don’t store any credentials for the user (such as password etc...)


Credit System and Packages

Pricing information for credits and subscription packages may change over time.

In the event of a discrepancy between the pricing listed in these Terms and the pricing displayed on our website or checkout pages (including Stripe-hosted payment screens), the current and accurate price is always the one shown during purchase.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Users will be charged according to the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

Credit Usage

  • New Users receive 2 free Credits upon their first sign-in.
  • Each document upload = 1 Credit consumption.
  • Extra features or advanced tasks may require more than 1 Credit. The exact credit cost is always shown to the user before the operation begins, and the feature is executed only after the user provides explicit confirmation.
  • A maximum of 10 documents can be uploaded simultaneously (subject to available Credits).
  • Credits are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Unused Credits automatically expire after this period.

Credit Transfer

Credits are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged. Credit transfers (such as user-to-organization transfers) are not currently supported. If transfer functionality becomes available in the future, it will be explicitly documented and subject to updated terms.


Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Talent Score does not store payment card details. Invoices and confirmations are automatically sent to the registered email address upon purchase.


Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • Less than 20% of the purchased Credits have been used
  • Credits have not expired (within the 6-month validity window)
  • Free promotional Credits are not refundable.

Calculation

If eligible, refund amount is calculated as follows:

Gross Refund = (Paid Amount × (Unused Credits / Total Purchased Credits))

Net Refund = Gross Refund − Payment Processing Fees (e.g., Stripe fees)

If the net refund amount is below $1, it will be retained as in-app Credits instead of monetary reimbursement.


Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted to our support service. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Detected abuse (e.g., exploiting free Credits for refund) may result in account suspension.


Notifications and Emails

The Platform sends emails only for operational and security purposes, including:

  • Login confirmation (timestamp and IP)
  • Purchase and billing confirmation
  • Credit consumption notifications
  • Expiry reminders and final expiry notices

When the organization feature becomes available, additional operational emails related to organization management (such as member invitations, role updates, or credit allocations) may also be sent. These will remain strictly limited to service-related and security-related purposes.


User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Use the Platform only for legitimate document processing
  • Refrain from uploading harmful or unlawful content
  • Upload only documents they have the legal right and permission to use (e.g., users must not upload resumes or files belonging to others without proper authorization)

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform (software, design, algorithms, and branding) belongs to Bilustek, LLC or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.


Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to maintain uptime, protect data, and ensure reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Bilustek, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Hosting provider outages or infrastructure failures
  • DNS provider outages or failures
  • Third-party service interruptions (e.g., Google, Stripe)
  • Unforeseen technical issues that temporarily affect access to the Platform

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the preceding 6 months.


Termination and Account Deletion

Talent Score reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may request deletion by contacting support; deletion permanently removes account data and remaining Credits.


Changes to Terms

Talent Score may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

By using the Platform, the User agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
